1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Fulbec LLC website, submitting a contact form, requesting
information, requesting a demonstration, scheduling an appointment, creating or using
an account, communicating with Fulbec LLC, or using any Fulbec LLC service, you agree
to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

Fulbec LLC provides business software, customer communication tools, scheduling,
coordination, account support, onboarding assistance, service-related communications,
and other business support services.

Specific services, functionality, availability, pricing, implementation requirements,
service periods, and support options may vary depending on the customer, service plan,
requested features, location, provider availability, and operational conditions.

3. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when contacting or
using Fulbec LLC, including your name, business name, email address, phone number,
scheduling information, account information, and any other information reasonably
needed to respond to your inquiry or provide requested services.

You are responsible for promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

4. SMS Messaging Program

Fulbec LLC offers SMS messaging for individuals who voluntarily provide their mobile
phone number and consent to receive text messages through an approved opt-in method,
such as the SMS consent options available on our contact form.

Consent for non-marketing messages and consent for marketing messages are collected
separately. Selecting one category of consent does not automatically enroll you in the
other category.

4.1 Program Description

Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with Fulbec LLC, SMS messages

the form.

SMS consent checkboxes are not selected automatically. Users must affirmatively choose
whether they wish to receive non-marketing messages, marketing messages, or both.

Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive marketing
or promotional SMS messages.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Fulbec LLC, the services
you request, your account activity, your appointments, and your communication preferences.

Recurring messages may be sent when reasonably necessary to provide requested support,
account notifications, scheduling updates, service communications, or marketing messages
for which you have separately opted in.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier, mobile service
plan, and other applicable carrier terms. Contact your wireless carrier for information
about your messaging or data plan.

4.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message
from Fulbec LLC.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your
opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, Fulbec LLC will not send
additional SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent you from contacting Fulbec LLC or receiving
communications through other methods, such as email or telephone, where appropriate.

4.7 Rejoining the SMS Program

If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS messages again, you must
provide new consent.

You may rejoin by returning to the Fulbec LLC contact page, entering your mobile phone
number, selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the form again.
You may also contact Fulbec LLC for instructions on providing new consent.

4.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier network availability, service conditions,
device compatibility, and other circumstances outside the control of Fulbec LLC.

4.9 Consent Is Voluntary

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any
product or service from Fulbec LLC.

You may choose to receive non-marketing messages without consenting to marketing messages.

4.10 Supported Carriers and Devices

SMS functionality may not be available through every carrier, device, service plan, or
geographic location. Fulbec LLC does not guarantee that every SMS message will be
delivered successfully or within a particular timeframe.

5. No Unsolicited Messaging

Fulbec LLC does not knowingly send unsolicited bulk SMS messages.

Non-marketing SMS communications are sent in connection with a user’s inquiry, requested
demonstration, appointment, account, onboarding process, customer support request,
requested service, or other direct interaction with Fulbec LLC.

Marketing SMS communications are sent only after the recipient has provided the applicable
marketing consent.

6. Marketing Communications

Individuals who separately opt in to marketing communications may receive promotional
SMS messages from Fulbec LLC, including product announcements, software feature updates,
educational content, company news, and special offers.

Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase or use Fulbec LLC
products or services.

7. Email and Telephone Communications

By contacting Fulbec LLC or requesting information, you authorize Fulbec LLC to respond
through the communication methods you provide, including email or telephone, as reasonably
necessary to address your inquiry, provide requested support, or deliver requested services.

Marketing communications sent through email or telephone will be handled in accordance

9. Scheduling and Availability

Appointment times, demonstrations, onboarding sessions, response times, implementation
schedules, and service windows are estimates unless Fulbec LLC expressly agrees otherwise
in writing.

Availability may be affected by customer responsiveness, technical issues, third-party
providers, network availability, operational delays, emergencies, or other circumstances
outside our reasonable control.

10. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should notify Fulbec LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel, reschedule,
or modify an appointment, demonstration, onboarding session, service request, or other
scheduled activity.

Fulbec LLC may decline, suspend, cancel, or reschedule services when reasonably necessary
because of safety concerns, misuse, nonpayment, inaccurate information, technical issues,
lack of availability, or operational limitations.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Fulbec LLC website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person
• Transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of Fulbec LLC services
• Use Fulbec LLC services for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

The Fulbec name, logo, website content, software, designs, text, graphics, systems,
documentation, workflows, and other materials provided by Fulbec LLC are owned by or
licensed to Fulbec LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially
exploit Fulbec LLC materials except as expressly authorized in writing.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulbec LLC services are provided on an
“as is” and “as available” basis.

Fulbec LLC does not guarantee that the website, software, communications, integrations,
scheduling systems, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or
available at a specific time.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulbec LLC will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or
related to the use of our website, software, communications, scheduling systems,
third-party integrations, or services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Fulbec LLC
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Privacy

which explains how Fulbec LLC collects, uses, protects, retains, and discloses

Mobile phone information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with
